• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery times

• The Netherlands: 1-2 business days;

• Europe: 2-7 business days;

• Worldwide: 5-21 business days.

Delivery times may vary based on your location. Delivery timelines begin after your order has been processed.

Shipping Rates

• Orders over € 100 qualify for free standard shipping.

• For all other orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected service.

• Delivery times range from 2-21 business days, depending on your destination.

1. Returns and Refunds
1.1 Scope: This return policy applies to all products purchased directly from The Little League website.
1.2 Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
1.3 Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Process
2.1 Online Returns: To return an item purchased online, please follow these steps:

• Return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with The Little League tags attached).

• Include the invoice and completed return form in your package.

• Use a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs have to be paid by the customer.

• Reuse the original shipping box or packaging for your return.

3. Refund Process
3.1 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used. This includes credit/debit cards, PayPal, or gift cards.
3.2 Timing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 to 10 business days. The credit may take a few additional days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution. If your return is not approved, we’ll reach out directly.
